Shipping policy

Delivery schedule:

Ohrlaf is still in development and your pre-purchase will support our innovation on its way to market maturity. The first production batch is expected in mid-2024. We will produce and deliver as quickly as possible, but quality is our top priority. Thank you for your early support!

 

Prices:

Prices are incl. VAT (will be shown on the invoice upon delivery). The price will not change if you order more than one item. Our UK and Swiss customers will be refunded VAT on delivery. The import and customs procedures for other countries have not yet been fully clarified.

The shipping costs depend on the destination country, are not included in the price and are displayed in the store as soon as you have entered the delivery address.

 

Change of properties:

As transparently stated in the newsletter and everywhere else, we are currently in development. The device may change in the course of preparation for mass production, e.g. in size, color, shape, function, material, etc. We will keep you informed.
